Ways to protect yourself from Glyphosate in your food

Blogger Alex Fergus has written an article titled: “24 Ways To Protect Yourself From Glyphosate”.
And making it to #1 on his list?

Eat sulfur rich foods including eggs, cheese, onions and garlic!

HELLO UKRANIAN AND ITALIAN FOODS I LOVE!
I will have to take his word that sulphate helps the body remove impurities and detoxify, only because I choose to eat these foods anyway.
A few of the other pieces of advice are a little questionable or need more clarification but overall it all made good sense to me.
